You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted.

• You are welcome to try on the saree, but it must remain unused, unaltered, and in its original condition
•  The saree must be returned with all tags intact  and in its original packaging
• Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

• Pick-up Service: We offer free pick-up in most locations. If pick-up is available in your area, you’ll see this option when you submit your return request.
• Self-Ship: If pick-up is not available at your location, you can self-ship the saree to us.

During the return pick-up, our delivery agent may perform a quality check. Once the saree reaches us and passes our internal quality inspection, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
